Repair Works on HV Motors

Stator Winding
Complete rewinding with new F class insulated stator coils with H class insulated turn insulation, redesigning and rewinding for uprated capacity wherever possible, redesigning and rewinding for speed and voltage change.

Rotor Winding (Wound Rotor)
Complete rewinding with new H class insulated rotor coils, redesigning and rewinding for uprated capacity wherever possible, redesigning and rewinding for speed and voltage change.

Rotor Winding (Cage Rotor)
Complete rewinding with new rotor bars, redesigning end rings to ensure no failures at the brazed joints, redesigning end pressure plates to prevent fatigue failure of end laminations, redesigning and conversion of aluminium rotor bars to copper bars.

Stator and Rotor Core
Complete removal, repair, revarnishing and restacking of core laminations, replacement of entire core laminations.

Mechanical Works
Replacement of entire rotor shafts and spiders up to 5 metres length and 1 metre diameter, replacement and modification of end shields, grease cups, bearing housings etc., redesigning and fabrication of cooling fans, conversion of open type cooling to closed type cooling including design and manufacture of heat exchangers, conversion of sleeve bearings to antifriction bearings.
